IMPORTANT: THE APP PROVIDES INFORMATION ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE. CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVE HIGH RISK.
2. Service Description
Waska offers crypto market analytics, technical indicators, AI‑assisted summaries, and curated news.
2.1 Scope and Features
- Market Tracking: Near real-time crypto and Borsa stock price tracking (via third-party financial data providers)
- AI Analysis & Chat: AI-powered technical analysis and chat
- Strategy Lab: Local backtest simulation for user-defined strategies (1 free, unlimited with Pro)
- Push Notifications: Target price alerts, whale tracking, economic calendar notifications
- Economic Calendar: Global economic events and announcements
- Correlation Analysis: Correlation matrix between cryptocurrencies
- On-Chain Data: Blockchain analytics metrics
- Charts: TradingView embedded charts
- Analysis Rights: Limited free daily analysis (3 analyses) or unlimited Pro
2.2 Data Sources
The app fetches data from the following sources:
- Crypto Price API: Crypto prices, volumes, 24h changes (via third-party financial data providers)
- Stock Data API: Borsa and global stock data (via various financial data providers)
- AI Service: AI analysis and chat responses (via third-party LLM provider through backend proxy)
- TradingView: Embedded chart service provided by TradingView Inc. Waska has no official partnership with TradingView.
- Waska Backend (VPS): Economic calendar, correlation data, on-chain metrics, push notification records
2.3 Technical Architecture
The app operates with the following architecture:
- Device-Local Processing: Strategy records (UserDefaults), free analysis counter (Keychain), user preferences
- Backend Communication: AI analysis, stock data, push notification records (SQLite), economic calendar
- Third-Party APIs: Crypto price APIs (direct from device), TradingView (embed), AI service (via proxy)
- Database: SQLite on backend (for push notifications only)
3. Investment Risks and Disclaimers
IMPORTANT WARNING: Waska provides information and analysis tools only. App content is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not a solicitation to buy or sell securities. Cryptocurrency and stock trading involve high risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI-generated algorithmic analyses should not be interpreted as buy/sell signals.
3.1 Financial Disclaimer
- All data, charts, and analysis provided by the app are for general informational purposes only.
- Price data is obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed.
- All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Waska is not responsible for user's investment decisions or their outcomes.
- Users should seek independent financial advice before investing.
3.2 AI Analysis Liability and Automated System Outputs
- AI-generated analyses are automated system outputs and not investment advice.
- AI analysis and chat responses in the app are probabilistic predictions, not definitive outcomes.
- AI outputs may contain errors, be incorrect, or outdated.
- AI analysis should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions.
- Waska does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
- LLM (Large Language Model) based analysis relies on training data and operates independently of market conditions.
- AI-generated "algorithmic market analysis outputs" should not be interpreted as buy/sell signals.
3.3 Data Provider Limitations and API Interruptions
- Price data is obtained from various financial data providers.
- Waska does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time currency of price data.
- Waska is not responsible for service interruptions or data errors from third-party data providers (crypto exchanges, stock data providers).
- Data flow interruptions may occur due to API outages, maintenance, or technical failures.
- TradingView charts are provided by TradingView Inc.; there is no official partnership between Waska and TradingView.
3.4 Third-Party Trademark and Partnership Disclaimer
All third-party companies, data providers, and brands mentioned in the application belong to their respective owners. Waska is not in an official partnership, sponsorship, representation, or affiliation relationship with these organizations.
4. User Accounts and Identity
Waska does not create user accounts. The app operates entirely anonymously. The following identifiers are used technically:
- Anonymous UID: Randomly generated UUID on device (stored in iOS Keychain). Only sent to backend for push notifications.
- Device Token: Technical token provided by Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), temporarily stored on backend for sending notifications.
No database service is used on the backend. No personal information (name, email, age) is requested from users.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans and Analysis Rights
The app offers free and paid (Pro) subscription options:
Free Tier
- Daily Analysis Right: 3 free analyses on first install, +1 credit every day (tracked via device-local counter)
- Strategy Backtest: 1 free backtest
- Market Data: Unlimited near real-time crypto and stock data access
- AI Chat: Daily limited usage (rate limited)
- Push Notifications: Limited number of active alerts
Pro Subscription (Paid)
- Unlimited AI analysis and chat
- Unlimited strategy backtest
- Unlimited push notification alerts
- Advanced on-chain and correlation data
- Prices: Weekly $8.99, Monthly $34.99, Yearly $369.99 (US store)
Important: Free rights are stored device-locally (Keychain/UserDefaults). Not transferable to another device. Reinstalling the app does not restore free rights. Some values in iOS Keychain may remain after app deletion.
5.2 Auto‑Renewal and Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account; cancellations take effect at the next billing period.
A 3‑day free trial may be available for first‑time weekly subscribers (as configured in App Store Connect). No charge if cancelled before the trial ends.
5.2.1 Manage / Cancel
Manage or cancel your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.2.2 Restore Purchases
Use the in‑app “Restore Purchases” action to re‑enable your active entitlements on the device. No additional account is required.
5.3 Refunds
Refund processes are subject to Apple App Store policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple. Waska does not make refund decisions; this authority belongs to Apple.
5.4 Pricing & Taxes
Prices may vary by region and tax. Payments are processed by Apple.
6. User Obligations
- No unlawful use or interference with the App
- No infringement of others’ privacy or rights
- No malware, reverse engineering, or scraping
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all content (software, code, design, logo, brand, etc.) are owned by Waska and protected by applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Waska will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
In any event, Waska's total liability shall be limited to the subscription fee paid by the user in the last 30 days.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Waska operates without requiring user accounts. Data processing details:
9.1 Data Stored on Device
- Strategy records (UserDefaults)
- Free analysis/backtest counters (Keychain)
- Anonymous UID (Keychain)
- User preferences (language, theme, etc.)
9.2 Data Stored on Backend (VPS)
- Push notification token and UID (SQLite database)
- Notification subscription preferences (target price, whale, economic calendar)
- Pro status (for notification rights management)
9.3 Third-Party Data Processing
- Third-Party Crypto API: Crypto price data (called directly from device, no personal data sent)
- Third-Party LLM Providers: User messages sent via backend for AI analysis, processed temporarily, not stored permanently
- TradingView: Embedded charts (subject to TradingView's privacy policy)
- Apple StoreKit: Payment and subscription verification
Data Security: All backend communication is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Push tokens are only used for APNs notifications, not shared with third parties. No Supabase or similar external database is used.

10. Force Majeure
Waska shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or performance degradation due to:
- Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, etc.)
- War, terrorism, riots, or government actions
- Internet infrastructure or telecommunication failures
- Third-party API provider (crypto exchanges, data providers) service interruptions
- Apple App Store or Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) failures
- Other technical or operational reasons beyond Waska's reasonable control
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; updates take effect upon publication in the App.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes:
- Courts at the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
- The right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board is reserved.
- Consumer Arbitration Board decisions are binding on the parties.
