Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the AR iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and AR. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced via in-app notifications.

2 Service Description

AR is an iOS SaaS platform enabling businesses to digitize their products into 3D/AR format using the iPhone camera. Core features include:

• Photogrammetry-based 3D modeling using the iPhone camera (Object Capture)
• On-device storage of created models (all plans)
• Exporting 3D models in USDZ and OBJ formats (Plans 1, 2, and 3)
• Cloud uploading models to Cloudflare R2 (Plan 3 only)
• QR code and AR embed code generation (Plan 3 only)
• Web embed codes for AR viewing on external websites (Plan 3 only)

3 Account & Identity

AR uses Sign in with Apple exclusively for authentication. Third-party identity providers are not supported.

• Only one AR account can be created per Apple ID.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• In case of suspected unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.
• The app can be used in a guest (anonymous) mode; however, features requiring an account will be restricted.

4 Subscription Plans

AR offers four tiers of service:

Prices shown are Apple App Store local prices and are subject to change. Plan features may be updated without prior notice.

5 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (using StoreKit 2).
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis; charges apply 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Apple retains a 30% commission on subscription transactions.
• Prices may exclude VAT (Value Added Tax); all tax liabilities are managed by the Apple App Store.
• Payment and refund policies are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

6 Cancellation & Data Deletion

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the in-app link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access rights after cancellation apply as follows:

• Immediately: Your account enters a "grace period".
• Day 7: QR links, AR embed codes, and cloud access are revoked. In-app models become locked.
• Day 30: All model files stored in Cloudflare R2 are permanently deleted.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time directly from within the app:

• Open the app → Settings tab → "Delete Account Permanently"
• Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
• All your data (models, cloud files, profile) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription billing must be managed separately in Apple subscription settings.

Plan 1 / Plan 2 Cancellation

Because models in these plans are stored only on your device, they remain on your device after cancellation. You will not be able to perform new scans.

7 Acceptable Use Rules

By using the AR service, you agree to abide by the following rules:

You May:

• Scan objects that you own or have permission to use.
• Use the created 3D models for commercial purposes.
• Share models with customers and partners.

You May Not:

• Scan intellectual property (trademarked, copyrighted items) belonging to others without permission.
• Use the app to create unlawful, immoral, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, extract source code, or copy the application.
• Attempt unauthorized access to APIs or bypass quota limitations.
• Transfer or lease your account to others.

Violations of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

8 Intellectual Property

User Content

The 3D models you create belong to you. AR claims no ownership over your models. However, for Plan 3 cloud storage, you grant us permission to store your models on the servers and perform necessary technical operations to provide access.

AR Property

The AR application, logo, design system, source code, and all service components are the intellectual property of AR. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

AR is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service issues. These exemptions include, but are not limited to:

• Outages originating from Apple StoreKit, Supabase, or Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Cloud access issues due to internet connection problems.
• Local model loss due to device malfunctions or insufficient storage.
• Quality issues of models generated by the Object Capture API.

The service is provided "as is". No guarantees are made regarding fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.

10 Changes to the Service

AR reserves the right to modify its features, pricing, and these terms with prior notice. Price changes will not affect the current subscription period; they apply to the next renewal cycle.

The service may be partially or entirely terminated due to technical, commercial, or legal requirements. In such cases, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and refunds will be provided for the remaining prepaid period.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising between the parties are subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

Disputes relating to purchases made through the Apple App Store may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms of service.
