AR’s Object Capture (photogrammetry) feature requires an iPhone 12 or newer model and iOS 17.0+. A LiDAR sensor is not strictly necessary, but iPhone 12 Pro (and newer Pro models) will yield higher quality results due to LiDAR.
You can cancel your subscription on your iPhone by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AR. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; refunds are not issued for remaining days.
Plan 1 / Plan 2: Models are stored solely on your device. Deleting the app will delete the models. We recommend exporting them (as OBJ or USDZ) beforehand.

Plan 3: Models are stored continuously in the Cloudflare R2 cloud. As long as your subscription is active, you can reinstall the app, sign in, and have full access to your models.
The following process applies after cancellation:
  • Immediately: A 7-day grace period begins. A warning banner is displayed.
  • Day 7: QR links and AR embed codes are deactivated. Models become locked within the app.
  • Day 30: All model files in R2 are permanently deleted.
If you renew your subscription within 7 days, your data remains fully intact.
When a QR code generated for Plan 3 is scanned, the AR viewing experience launches directly in your customer's browser. It uses AR Quick Look for iOS Safari or web-based 3D viewing (model-viewer) for other platforms. Your customers do not need to download any app.
For the best results:
  • Process against a flat, plain background (a white tablecloth is ideal).
  • Ensure the object is well-lit; side lighting yields the best outcomes.
  • Complete the 3-stage scanning procedure (middle, low angle, high angle) to achieve 5-star quality.
  • Move slowly and steadily while scanning; sudden movements cause motion blur.
Force-close and reopen the app; the subscription should automatically synchronize when the session refreshes. If the issue persists, please email ilimdarmafis@gmail.com along with your Apple payment receipt.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account Permanently. After you confirm, AR deletes your Supabase account, profile data, cloud model records, and Cloudflare R2 model files. This action cannot be undone. If you contact support, include your in-app AR Support ID so we can locate your account safely.
